FAIR COLA INITIATIVE

To Members of the 112th Congress of the United States of America

Whereas, Senior Citizens are not receiving a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for the year 2011;

Whereas, Senior Citizens have earned a fair COLA, and a zero COLA does not keep up with the rising price of food, gasoline and medical expenses; 

And Whereas, it is the duty of every member of the 112th Congress to pass legislation that will guarantee every Senior Citizen the fair COLA they have earned;

Therefore, I call on members of Congress from both sides of the aisle to vote for immediate passage a COLA for America’s Senior Citizens.
